L'Chaim

This painting is dedicated to Micah and Shoshanna Harrari, whose harp workshop was destroyed in a forest fire on August 15, 2021 that burned over 6000 acres north of Jerusalem. Harrari Harps have been making Biblical style harps since 1984 in Israel. Micah Harrari is thought to be the first Jewish harp maker back in Israel, since Bible times. They have been making harps for the Temple Institute in preparation for the third temple and the coming Messiah.

The acrylic paint used for this painting is mixed with the actual ashes from the Harrari Harp shop.  Out of the ashes, comes the hope of new life through faith in God.
