On August 15, 2021 the workshop of Harrari Harps burnt to the ground. Before After Micah and Shoshanna Harrari standing in the burned out harp workshop after the fire. Micah Harrari of Harrari Harps has been hand crafting Biblical style harps since 1984 in Jerusalem, Israel. They are thought to be the first Jewish harp makers back in Israel since Bible times. The wild fire that broke out on August 15, 2021 destroyed everything in their harp workshop, exotic woods they had been curing for years, tools, about 25 harps they were building for clients, everything. They barely had time to escape. When they returned the next day, the fire had stopped within 2 meters from their front door. There was a sign in the window that said..."Protected By Angels". The one and only harp that was saved, was Shoshanna's personal harp that was in the house. Since they lived near the forests north of Jerusalem, no insurance company would insure them. Along with many homes, the fire destroyed over 6000 acres of a special forest called Yair Kedoshim, ( Forest of the Holy Ones). This forest was planted in 1950 to honor the holocaust victims. I decided to do something to help... Harrari Harps website L' Chaim "To Life" I asked Shoshanna if it would be okay to do a painting for them as a fundraiser and use the ashes from the workshop to mix into the paint. To my surprise, she loved the idea. She mailed the ashes to me from the burnt workshop and I began the painting on Sept. 25, 2021. She gave me some ideas of what she wanted. I had never used ashes mixed with paint before, but, it was a lot like using charcoal. I had to grind up the ashes with a mortar and pestle and further refine it on a glass sheet and use a mull. I mixed it with acrylic medium, a little water, and acrylic paint. It actually worked quite well. The texture was like mixing fine sand into paint. I included the national bird called a Hoopoe, the national flower called Cyclamen Persicum, doves, Persian Fallow Deer only living in Israel and Iran, tree branches in the shape of harps and lyres, a little porcupine on the lower right side sniffing the flowers, and the roots that form L' Chaim in Hebrew. • Prophetic Art | Nancy Cupp

Prophetic Art ...worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Revelation 19:10 KJV I knelt at the feet of the angel and began to worship him. But the angel said, “Don't do that! I am a servant, just like you and everyone else who tells about Jesus. Don't worship anyone but God. Everyone who tells about Jesus does it by the power of the Spirit.” Revelation 19:10 CEV Prophets in Bible times were mouthpieces for God. Prophets were like messengers, delivering a message to the people. They gave corrections, warnings, encouragement, instructions, and foretold future events from God. Today, prophetic art seems to be the new buzz word for a lot of Christian art. It has become cliche, in my opinion. You do not need obvious Christian symbols in order for art to be prophetic. If the art touches your heart and points you to Jesus, it has done it's job. Testimonials Paola, Brazil I saw your painting called "The Missing Piece", and wow! I was so overwhelmed by it. You know, when I had that near to death experience, I received healing but I was still involved in other kinds of spiritual beliefs and reading the bible hadn't even crossed my mind at that moment. So, soon after I was back to my everyday workaholic routine, until this stranger approached me while traveling. He told me that God wanted to tell me to stop what I was doing and to go find Him, because if I continued with my life as it was, I'd surely die. That I already had all the missing parts but one. And soon I would find it, and it'll all make sense... When I saw your painting I remembered all that, and realized that all along, the missing part was my own heart. It hit me. I came to tears of gratitude. He had been faithful to heal my heart and put His own heart in it's place. I never thought I'd be one day able to say I'm healed and whole. Not because of the physical aspect but of too many deep inner wounds. And here I am... Seeing your painting somehow brought closure, confirmation and peace, from realizing it all has been made new. Thank you Nancy, for truly being the 'cupp' in which the Spirit of God manifests itself, releasing messages that speak beyond what words could ever do. Thank you so much for your kind and sensitive heart! “ Micah & Shoshanna, Israel it's a birth painting! L' Chaim arrived in the Harrari home on the fifth day of Hanukkah. This is a video of their unboxing. Lance, N. Carolina "It's not over for this broken vessel." Son, I need you to bless others. As I pour into you, your hurts, your stories, your history of the life's events you've seen and been through, they have left cracks through which you can pass along and spew out my blessings to others. You can share my love. You can share my hope. You can share my grace and passion with those around you. Much like the beauty of an emerald, you are perfectly imperfect - inclusions and all." Thank you, Father. Thank you for a blessed and broken life. Thank you for my perfect imperfection. Thank you for being THE LOVE of my life! From that day, I gained a new focus. I looked at things differently. I was still hurt, but knew that my hurt had a purpose. I knew I was blessed to be broken and able to share my brokenness with others. Tonight, I was reminded of how I saw this vision, as I found myself, again, broken and confused. It's funny how soon and easily we end up in the same place or even a different place and yet, we forget the PEACE we can so easily find in spite of such a broken feeling - through the love of Father. Be blessed in your brokenness, be shining His glory for all to see. As I thought about this vision, tonight, I decided to google "broken vessel" and look at this AMAZING image I found. Wow. Thank you, Nancy Cupp, for putting my vision (and yours) into a tangible image for others to share!
